WorkSmart, the leading managed IT services provider in the Carolinas, has announced that it acquired Exceptional IT Services, a premier IT provider based in Cary, NC. The deal was finalized at the end of June. “WorkSmart saw an opportunity to expand its presence in the growing Triangle market, and Exceptional IT’s service philosophy, clients and team members were a perfect cultural fit,” said Ron Unger, WorkSmart President and CEO.
