Acquisition allows WorkSmart to continue its investment and growth in SMB market
Durham, N.C. – October 16, 2018 – WorkSmart today announced the acquisition of CDI Managed Services’ small and midsize business (SMB) clients, expanding WorkSmart’s footprint into Atlanta, GA and the New York Metro area. The acquisition was finalized on October 1st, 2018.
WorkSmart was founded in 2001 and has grown steadily to become the leading managed IT services provider in the Carolinas.
