Rob, Project Lead
Rob is a Project Lead and has been a part of the team for 4 years now.
Rob is the kind of guy that everyone wants on their team. He’s always willing to share his wealth of knowledge and help out fellow team members whenever they may need it.
Not only does he support the WorkSmart team, but he also helps out our clients on a regular basis. You can frequently catch Rob on our webinars, sharing some of his tech skills that help our clients reach their fullest potential.

Jim, Senior Business Advisor
Jim is a Senior Business Advisor and has been a part of the team for 18 years now.
Jim is someone you can always count on to get the job done. Whenever a solution needs to be found, he is the first one to volunteer to work towards finding it.
Whether it be within his department, or outside, Jim is always willing to help out a fellow team member in any way he can.

David, Consultant
David is a Consultant and has been a part of the team for 8 years now.
David is someone who consistently delivers exceptional service to our clients and is always helping them resolve issues quickly, so that they can stay focused on growing their business.
He is repeatedly getting recognized by our clients for his service, including the following comments: “David consistently delivers prompt and efficient customer support.”, and “David is a great asset to WorkSmart and a pleasure to work partner with.”

Andre, Technical Support Representative
Andre is a Technical Support Representative and is celebrating his 2-year anniversary.
After officially joining WorkSmart from an acquisition in March, Andre very quickly jumped into his role and has been providing excellent support to all of his clients day in and day out.
Andre consistently gets recognized by the clients that he assists, including the following comment: “Andre was persistent, patient, and helpful as an old PC gasped its last breaths. We appreciate his help trying to extend its life and ultimately putting it out to pasture. He was calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire ordeal. We are grateful.”

Riley, Service Manager
Riley is a Service Manager and has been a part of our team for 12 years now.
Riley is an incredible asset to WorkSmart, when it comes to both fellow team members and our clients. He’s always willing to lend a helping hand or give any advice he may have when an issue arises, even if it’s after-hours.
Riley often receives praise from fellow team members, including the following comments: “Thank you for your diligence with After Hours tickets!”, and “Thanks for always helping me with my clients.”

Paul, TSR, Projects
Paul is a TSR on our Projects team and has been a part of the team for 3 years now.
Paul is the go-to guy for any issues that arise, and he always handles them like a champ. He’s always willing to help anyone out, whether it be a client or a fellow team member. He is a jack-of-all-trades and is extremely knowledgeable across a wide variety of different topics.
Paul consistently receives shoutouts from both clients and team members, including the following comment: “You rock! I honestly do not know how you manage everything so seamlessly every day and still have time to help me with issues, but you do. I appreciate all of your hard work Paul.
