Ricky, CFO

Ricky CFORicky is our CFO and has been a part of the team for 21 years.

Ricky is someone who always has a smile on his face and is willing to jump in and help out with anything that needs to get done. After helping to get WorkSmart up and running, Ricky has continued to push the organization forward as he’s always finding new ways to improve.

You may also catch him cutting cartwheels across the dance floor at any given moment.

Mark, Technical Support Engineer

Mark - Technical Support EngineerMark is a Technical Support Engineer and has been a part of the team for 1 year.

Mark works hard on a daily basis to help our clients with any technical issues that may come up so that they can stay focused on growing their business.

He consistently receives positive feedback from folks he assists, including the following recent shoutout, “Mark did a great job!! Got me back up and running!! Thanks!!”

David, Consultant, Project Lead

David - Consultant - Project Lead

David is a Consultant, Project Lead and has been a part of the team for 1 year.

David is someone who embodies all of our Core Values, but especially that of personal connections. Whether he’s assisting a client with a project, helping out a fellow team member with a question, or attending and supporting WorkSmart’s social events, David is always working to build relationships with others.

He is an extremely valuable asset to both the WorkSmart team, and to all of the clients that he comes into contact with.

Terry, Service Manager

Terry - Service Manager

Terry is a Service Manager and has been a part of the team for 14 years.

After joining the WorkSmart team through an acquisition last year, Terry very quickly jumped in with new team members and started crushing it.

She is someone who’s always willing to give feedback and support to fellow team members, while also making sure our clients are well taken care of, which can clearly be seen by the following comment from a client she assisted, “Terry is always so helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you!”

Brian, Service Manager

Brian - Service ManagerBrian is a Service Manager and has been a part of the team for 3 years.

Brian is always willing to help out where he can, no matter the time of day. Whether he’s assisting a client with a technical problem, or helping out a co-worker, Brian can be counted on to be a valuable resource.

Jeremy, Consultant, Projects

Jeremy - Consultant - ProjectsJeremy is a Consultant on the Projects team and has been a part of the team for 1 year.

Jeremy is someone who gets the job done efficiently and completely as he’s assisting clients with the projects that they may need completed. He’s always willing to jump in help out fellow team members as they work on projects as well.

Jesse, Managed Services Director

Jesse - Managed Services DirectorJesse is our Managed Services Director and has been a part of the team for 6 years.

Throughout his time at WorkSmart, Jesse has worn many hats and continues to excel in all of them. He is always willing to help out other team members that may have a question, or provide training for those who would like to learn more.

Jesse is an extremely valuable resource to the company as a whole, and is always striving to help push everyone forward to reach our bigger goals.

Mikayla, Marketing Coordinator

Mikayla - Marketing CoordinatorMikayla is our Marketing Coordinator and has been a part of the team for 1 year.

Mikayla is someone who is always looking for new ways to improve and help out others in any way that she can. Whether it’s coming up with a new process or editing a current one to make it more efficient – she’s always looking for ways to push the company forward.

She works hard to provide valuable information, both for our clients and fellow team members, while also assisting co-workers with tasks they may need help with.

Kristen, Service Coordination Manager

Andrew - Technical Support Engineer

Andrew is a Technical Support Engineer and has been a part of the team for 5 years.

After officially joining the WorkSmart team through an acquisition last year, Andrew very quickly jumped into his role and continued providing excellent support to all of his clients. IT can sometimes be difficult, however, Andrew is extremely patient and works all the way through issues to make sure that they’re resolved completely.

He consistently receives feedback from clients he works with, including the following, “Andrew is always patient and professional, and quickly resolves my computer issues.”
