WorkSmart Named one of TBJ’s Best Places to Work

WorkSmart believes in helping our people reach their full potential. Making TBJ’s Best Places to Work list is a huge honor.

The Triangle Business Journal just named WorkSmart one of the area’s top 50 Best Places to Work.

Every year, the TBJ recognizes companies who demonstrate the belief that happy employees produce successful and thriving businesses. WorkSmart believes in helping our people reach their full potential. Therefore, making TBJ’s Best Places to Work list is a huge honor.

“I’ve worked in IT for twenty years, and this is the first company where I feel valued and appreciated,” said Technical Support Representative, Mike Robinson.

At WorkSmart, we’re always looking for ways to make our workplace fun, productive, and supportive. We offer benefits like remote work policies, wellbeing programs, and catered birthday lunches. Most important, we attribute a lot of the experience to our culture.

    • Our core values are doing the right thing, building personal connections, and being hungry for growth. These guide our decisions and how we treat each other every day.
    • Our teams influence decisions that impact their day-to-day e.g. the tools we use, employee perks, and even the design of our office space.
    • As a team, we share a vision, follow defined processes, and track progress on goals. As a result, everyone is accountable and adds to WorkSmart’s success.

“It’s about the experience. We focus on providing both an amazing client experience as well as an amazing employee experience. Both are equally important. Bringing together people who share your values is the key,” said Operations Director, Kim Sullivan.

General Manager, Allen Truett said, “Worksmart is one of the best career opportunities I’ve had. Being party to an acquisition is typically very challenging for both customers and staff. WorkSmart’s welcoming culture and great people made for a positive transition for our team”.

An awards luncheon will be hosted by the TBJ at Raleigh Improv on September 12.
